According to new reports, Giuliana Rancic says her former Fashion Police co-host Kelly Osbourne is “pathetic”.
Giuliana Rancic, 41, “doesn’t understand” why Kelly Osbourne recently branded her “a liar” and wants her to find “someone else to obsess over”, People magazine’s website reports.
Kelly Osbourne, 30, declared earlier this week that she and Giuliana Rancic would never be friends again: “I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don’t. I don’t think she’s a good person and I think she’s a liar.”
Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne fell out in March after Giuliana came under fire for “offensive” comments she made about Zendaya Coleman on Fashion Police and Kelly opted to quit the show after distancing herself from the scandal on Twitter.
However, Giuliana Rancic believes Kelly Osbourne is merely trying to “divert attention” from herself after she was slammed for making an offensive comment about the Latino community on The View earlier this month, People.com reports.
In an excerpt of her new-brand memoir, Giuliana Rancic reveals Jerry O’Connell cheated on her at least two times.
After meeting at the W Hotel in San Diego, Giuliana Rancic and Jerry O’Connell developed a special bond that quickly turned into something romantic.
After a while, Giuliana Rancic found out Jerry O’Connell was cheating on her with Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell.
“I was being two-timed…?” the E! News co-anchor wrote in her new book per Page Six before detailing Jerry O’Connell’s reaction.
“<<Yeah, I know. I’m so sorry. I don’t know what happened.>> He has as much emotion as the customer-service representative who tells you your bags missed the flight.”
Giuliana Rancic proved she was willing to forgive when she gave the relationship a second chance. But when attending Maxim’s 100 Hottest Women Party in 2004, she spotted Jerry O’Connell getting flirty with Rebecca Romijn.

“Little did I know he was in the VIP area, talking to Rebecca,” Giuliana Rancic dished.
“As a prelude to feeling up Rebecca.”
In a matter of days, Jerry O’Connell stopped taking Giuliana Rancic’s phone calls before she eventually decided to confront him at home.
“Nope. Sorry, homegirl,” Jerry O’Connell said while ending the relationship for good.
“Things change, but you take care, OK?”
For those keeping track, Jerry O’Connell and Rebecca Romijn ended up getting married in 2007. They have three kids together. Giuliana also married Bill Rancic the same year.

Kathy Griffin denies any scandal behind her decision to leave E!’s Fashion Police.
“It just didn’t work out. That’s it, that’s the scandal,” Kathy Griffin said during a standup show in Waterbury, Connecticut on March 13 in a video obtained by TMZ.
“However, Hollywood, of course, enjoys blowing something up,” the comedian continued.
“What’s nice is I got a really nice groundswell of support from other Twatters, um, from the Twitter. And that’s really nice.”
According to Us Weekly, Kathy Griffin expected she’d have more control over her role on the show and the nature of her jokes – being that she replaced Joan Rivers, its former doyenne.
“It just didn’t work out and I’m just surprised that people are so invested in this show, but I shouldn’t be because Joan [Rivers] was so incredible and amazing,” Kathy Griffin told the Waterbury audience.
“It just wasn’t the right fit for me. So, now I’m all over the TMZ and all that stuff and it’s kind of funny.”
Kathy Griffin announced her departure from Fashion Police in a long statement on Twitter on March 12. She made it clear that she felt her brand of comedy didn’t align with the style show.
“After 7 episodes of Fashion Police, I have discovered my style does not fit with the creative direction of the show and now it’s time to move on,” she said.
Kathy Griffin also explained: “I do not want to use my comedy to contribute to a culture of unattainable perfectionism and intolerance toward difference. I want to help women, gay kids, people of color, and anyone who feels underrepresented to have a voice and a LAUGH.”
Kathy Griffin also left as Fashion Police was under a cloud of controversy resulting from co-host Giuliana Rancic’s comments about Zendaya Coleman during the show’s Oscars episode, which many believed were racist, and a couple weeks after five-year co-host Kelly Osbourne left the show citing the desire to explore other opportunities.
Kelly Osbourne has left Fashion Police on Friday, February 27, E! Entertainment Television has confirmed.
The TV channel said in a statement: “Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s <<Fashion Police>> to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers.”
Kelly Osbourne has been very vocal about her displeasure with the situation regarding an ill-advised joke made by Fashion Police co-star Giuliana Rancic about Zendaya Coleman’s hairstyle. Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter even hinted on Twitter that she was considering leaving the show, but tweeted that she was contractually handcuffed from saying anything else.

Neither the joke about her friend Zendaya Coleman, nor the ensuing fallout, had anything to do with her decision, according to the Daily Mail.
According to TMZ, Kelly Osbourne was unhappy with how the show was produced this past season and that producers were “up to here” with her.
“Kelly stayed on the show after the beloved Joan Rivers passed away, but nothing has been the same since,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“The chemistry has not been the same between the hosts since the show came back on air and Kelly knows it’s time to move on.”
“This has nothing to do with Giuliana,” the source continued.
“Zendaya accepted Giuliana’s apology and she’s already moved on to a new hair style.”
Kelly Osbourne has been a fixture on Fashion Police since 2011.

She said: “I know the truth. Know that I eat a lot and I take walks and I have a faster metabolism.”
Giuliana Rancic decided to speak on the matter after receiving a barrage of negative comments after posting a photo of herself and Jack Osbourne taken during filming for Dancing With The Stars on Twitter.
In the picture Giuliana Rancic’s figure is dwarfed by the father-of-one, which prompted a flurry of tweets from followers urging the mother-of-one to eat more food.
“All these people were commenting, <<She’s so skinny, eat a sandwich, eat a burger>>, and it was interesting,” she added.
“I don’t respond but so many people get really upset and they’re like, <<Oh really? Eat a sandwich?>> What a great comment. Or people say, <<She’s been through cancer>>. Really? That’s what you’re going to put out?”
Giuliana Rancic, who beat breast cancer two years ago, seemed happy enough to shrug off the comments, adding that she would only feel upset if there were any truth to them.
