The Alkaline diet is here to stay; it has helped many people with conditions that have not been improved with traditional medication. What we do know is that the Alkaline diet in its humblest form was conceived in the early 1900s, where it gained a lot of attention and merit due to the findings relating primarily to the causes of cancer.

Clinical results have also shown that long-term use of the Alkaline diet, can reduce or reverse the effects of severe allergies, eczema, and diabetes, to the extent that medication is dramatically reduced or stopped altogether. Tests have also proven that as the blood is fully oxygenated and able to flow freely around the body and brain, this can lead to improved results of people with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s. A reduced chance of heart disease can also be achieved.
As the diet consists of mainly fruits and vegetables, your body will now be receiving plenty of nutrients, vitamins, high fiber additions and antioxidants. The toxins will be flushed from your system, and the body will become detoxified without any risk of toxic build up re-occurring. There will now be an increase in the body’s metabolic rate, allowing it to convert the food into energy and burn excess fat more easily.
As the number of toxins has been greatly reduced, you should find yourself no longer feeling bloated or lethargic.
