Street Outlaws’ Flip, a.k.a Tyler Priddy, raced a ’80 Chevy El Camino in Discovery’s reality show.

Flip was best friends with Big Chief since they were kids, when they would ride bikes to watch the local OKC street races.

He always had a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other.

Flip was the parts warehouse manager and worked for Warren Caterpillar for 10 years. He liked drag racing; starting with a Mustang, then an El Camino, he afterwards turned his passion towards Street Outlaws, the real-life version of The Fast and the Furious, beating out several others to be selected for the show.

Tyler Priddy passed away at the age of 31 on May 28, 2013 at his home in Yukon, Oklahoma.

While the cause of death of Tyler “Flip” Priddy has never been made public, reports suggest that he committed suicide, however there is no strong evidence for that.

Tyler Gene Priddy was born November 30, 1981 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Gene and Glenda (Long) Priddy.

He attended Hinton Elementary School and graduated from Putnam City High School in Warr Acres, Oklahoma. He worked for Warren Caterpillar for 10 years and was currently the parts warehouse manager.

Flip enjoyed drag racing. Starting with a Mustang, then an El Camino, he eventually turned his passion towards a reality TV show called Street Outlaws, where he beat out several others to be selected for the show. Anything he could get on and go fast he would because Tyler was a “Gear Head”. He loved racing RC cars and Jeepin’ with his boys.

Tyler Priddy loved his four boys and had nicknames for them all.

He is survived by his wife Morgan Amber Priddy of Yukon, his children Tovey Gene (Rito), Remey J (Flemerson), Dresdyn Rinot (Day Day) and Bennett William Edward (Baby B).
