Former pilot Doug Gotterba sued John Travolta – in response to threats by the actor’s camp to sue him.

The suit comes after Douglas Gotterba previously claimed to have had a gay affair with John Travolta during his six years as the star’s private pilot.

John Travolta’s camp allegedly responded to the claims by threatening to sue Doug Gotterba, claiming he had signed a confidentiality agreement that prevented him from talking to the media about his former employer.

But Douglas Gotterba countered with a legal case of his own, in which he claimed he never signed any such agreement. He argued he was within his rights to talk about John Travolta without fearing a lawsuit.
According to TMZ, in Doug Gotterba’s suit he claims he received a threatening letter from John Travolta’s attorney Marty Singer. But Doug Gotterba argues the termination agreement did not include a confidentiality clause.

In his explosive National Enquirer interview, Doug Gotterba, 62, claimed John Travolta admitted he “preferred men” shortly after his 1991 marriage to Kelly Preston.

The former pilot told the tabloid the pair began a sexual relationship in 1981 shortly after he started working for John Travolta.

He claims the last time the pair saw each other was in 1992, a year after John Travolta married Kelly Preston.

Douglas Gotterba recalled: “They’d just gotten back from the Church of Scientology’s Celebrity Center in Hollywood when I arrived and John asked me to go with him for a walk on the beach.

“We were making small talk when suddenly, I blurted out, <<So, John, tell me. Now that you’re married, do you still prefer men – or women?>>.

“He looked me straight in the eye and said, <<Well, Doug, I still prefer men!>> I said, <<okay>>. And that’s the last time we saw each other.”

John Travolta’s sex scandal saga began in May, when the A-lister was hit with two lawsuits from male masseurs claiming the actor made sexual advances towards them during massages – though one claim was later withdrawn.

The actor’s one-time secretary Joan Edwards – who worked for the star from 1978 to 1994 – followed in June with allegations of an affair between John Travolta and Doug Gotterba.

Marty Singer told TMZ: “Mr. Gotterba obviously filed this lawsuit to get his 15 minutes of fame. We plan to get this meritless case promptly dismissed.”

Kirstie Alley recently admitted to falling in love with Patrick Swayze during the filming of their 1985 telemovie North and South.

Now, Kirstie Alley has revealed details about how she propositioned her late co-star, who she claims rejected her at the time because she was “drunk”.

Putting to rest rumors of an affair, Kirstie Alley, 61, recalls in her new book, The Art of Men, telling the married actor: “I want to make love with you. I just don’t care anymore, let’s just do it.”

In her new book, The Art of Men, Kirstie Alley says it all unfolded after a night of partying with the late actor, who had completely charmed her on set.

The actress says she never cheated on her husband at the time, Parker Stevenson. But she considered it.

Patrick Swayze, who was married to his wife of 34 years, Lisa Niemi, didn’t accept her offer, however.

Brushing off her advances, Kirstie Alley recalls him telling her: “No. Come on, you’re drunk. Kirstie, you don’t really want to do it. You’re not that kind of girl.”

Kirstie Alley earlier this week claimed the two shared an “intense attraction” when they first met.

On Monday night’s Entertainment Tonight, Kirstie Alley said she tried to avoid “going down that road” but they ultimately fell in love.

“Both of us were married. We did not have an affair,” the actress said.

“But again, I think what I did was worse.

“Because I think when you fall in love with someone when you’re married you jeopardize your own marriage and their marriage. It’s doubly bad.”

Patrick Swayze died from pancreatic cancer in 2009.

Kirstie Alley also told Entertainment Tonight that although she’s friends with Patrick Swayze’s widow, who asked Alley to speak at her husband’s funeral, she is uncertain if Lisa Niemi is aware of their relationship.

Her revelations come after she described Look Who’s Talking Now co-star John Travolta in a shock interview on 20/20 with Barbara Walters last Friday.

Kirstie Alley was married Parker Stevenson at the time, and John Travolta was single when the shot the movie, which was released in 1989.

She told Barbara Walters her attraction to John Travolta was dynamic, adding: “It took all the power I had not to run off with him,” insisting they, too, did not have an affair.

Kirstie Alley went on to make two sequels with John Travolta, Look Who’s Talking Too and Look Who’s Talking Now!

John Travolta married actress Kelly Preston in 1991, and the trio have remained close friends, she says.

Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday night, Kirstie Alley said of their attraction: “The only good part of it is I didn’t turn it into a sexual relationship, which is really good. Because for me if I have sex with someone, I have to marry them.”

“My mother told me I would be a w***e if I didn’t marry someone I had sex with, so I was trying not to be a w***e.”

“Once you have sex with somebody else – I thank God I’m not that girl. But I wrote this story because it’s about men who influenced my life that I really love deeply… I’m proud of us. We chose not to.”

She also writes in her memoir Cheers co-star Woody Harrelson incessantly insisted they sleep together, in a “half joking and half serious” manner.

“We’re not sleeping together, I would say, half wishing I wasn’t married so we could,” she writes.

Woody Harrelson was not married when he portrayed naive barman Woody Boyd in the bar based comedy series from 1985 to 1993.

The actress was married to Bob Alley for seven years, starting in 1970.

Kirstie Alley tied the knot with second husband, The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries star Parker Stevenson in 1983.

They divorced in 1997, and shared custody of their two adopted children.

Kirstie Alley has confessed her real true love isn’t one of her ex-husbands as she fell hard for John Travolta while they were filming Look Who’s Talking and has never found anyone who measures up to him.

Kirstie Alley, 61, described John Travolta as the “love of my life” in a new shock interview on 20/20 with Barbara Walters, which will air on Friday night.

Barbara Walters gave a sneak peek of the confession in a preview clip on The View this morning,

Kirstie Alley was married to fellow actor Parker Stevenson at the time, and John Travolta was single when the shot the movie, which was released in 1989.

The actress tells Barbara Walters her attraction to John Travolta was dynamic, adding: “It took all the power I had not to run off with him.”

Because she was married, Kirstie Alley said she did not pursue a relationship.

However, she went on to make two sequels with John Travolta, Look Who’s Talking Too and Look Who’s Talking Now!.

John Travolta married actress Kelly Preston in 1991. The couple had three children, including son Jett who died in 2009.

Over the years, Kirstie Alley and John Travolta have remained extremely close thanks in part to their mutual beliefs in Scientology.

She tied the knot with second husband Parker Stevenson in 1983.

They divorced in 1997, and shared custody of their two adopted children.

John Travolta has won the legal battle against Robert Randolph, the author of a book who claims the actor frequented gay bathhouses.

Robert Randolph, author of You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again, has unsuccessfully sued John Travolta for libel.

The author claimed John Travolta and his lawyer conspired to discredit him and his book by spreading lies about his mental health.

A letter fired off and allegedly leaked by John Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer also stated Robert Randolph’s book was packed with lies.

Subsequently the judge overseeing the case dismissed it yesterday, agreeing with John Travolta and Marty Singer’s lawyer Lynda Goldman.

The judge ruled the letter was a legitimate part of the legal dispute over the book, and therefore protected by the First Amendment.

This means essentially that John Travolta and Marty Singer cannot be sued over the letter. Meanwhile, John Travolta has faced a barrage of gay claims.

Compounded with allegations by a slew of characters citing his inappropriate same sex advances.

In recent months, John Travolta’s sexuality became a hot topic again when he was accused by several men of sexually harassing them.

John Travolta has long remained mum about his sexuality and though he has denied the accusations.

The actor has also yet to speak openly about the allegations of sexual impropriety.

In May, three months after the aforementioned tell-all book was released, two masseurs filed lawsuits.

They claimed he had inappropriately touched them in incidents in Beverly Hills and Atlanta.

Both men whose identities were withheld in court documents dropped their lawsuits later that month.

Now, two more claims have surfaced.

One was from a man who filed an assault-and-battery claim against John Travolta in U.S. District Court on June 21 for an incident he alleges occurred on a cruise ship in 2009.

Fabian Zanzi, a cruise-ship employee, claims John Travolta made unwanted sexual advances toward him and is asking for a jury trial to determine compensation.

The next day, Robert Randolph filed his lawsuit against the actor and his lawyer for libel in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Doug Gotterba, John Travolta’s former pilot who claims he had a six-year affair with the actor is lifting the curtain on their alleged relationship.

So far unsubstantiated claims emerged in June Doug Gotterba had a long-term relationship with the actor in the Eighties – before his marriage to Kelly Preston.

Doug Goterba, 62, in an explosive new interview about their alleged affair, claims John Travolta admitted he “preferred men” shortly after his 1991 nuptials, according to The National Enquirer.

The former pilot, who began working for the Pulp Fiction star in 1981, has told the tabloid the pair began a sexual relationship shortly thereafter.

While John Travolta’s lawyers have strenuously denied a wave of similar allegations made against him by other parties, Doug Gotterba moved forward with the interview, recalling when, he says, the pair’s relationship took a turn.

He told the Enquirer: “We flew into Monterey, California, and went up to the Highlands resort in Carmel. We had a wonderful dinner with a fantastic bottle of merlot, and I got the sense I was being courted.

“As we walked from the restaurant back to the room, John suddenly said, <<Hey, would you like a massage?>>.

“I’d already prepared myself for something like that, so I said, <<Sure, why not?>>. I went back to his room, showered and came out wearing only a towel. John said, <<Okay, like, down here on the bed>>. He gave me a massage – and it turned into something else!

“John was gentle, but very passionate. The next day, he told me with a big smile on his face, <<I really enjoyed last night>>. And I told him, >>So did I!>.”

According to Doug Gotterba, the pair continued to see each other romantically for the next six years. During that time, he said, John Travolta enjoyed having multiple sexual partners and wanted to make a sex tape.

He claims the last time the pair saw each other was in 1992, a year after the actor married his wife, Kelly Preston.

Doug Gotterba recalled: “They’d just gotten back from the Church of Scientology’s Celebrity Center in Hollywood when I arrived and John asked me to go with him for a walk on the beach.

“We were making small talk when suddenly, I blurted out, <<So, John, tell me. Now that you’re married, do you still prefer men – or women?>>. He looked me straight in the eye and said, <<Well, Doug, I still prefer men!>>. I said, <<okay>>.

It then emerged last month that author Robert Randolph has claimed in a lawsuit the actor and his attorney, Marty Singer, made false claims about his mental health in a bid to bring the writer’s credibility into question.

Marty Singer’s legal team managed to stop his book You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again – in which Robert Randolph made explosive claims he witnessed John Travolta engaged in sexual intercourse with other men at various bathhouses – from making it onto the shelves.

New claims continued to emerge, with various people coming out of the woodwork making similar allegations. And while John Travolta has not addressed the allegations directly, though his legal team in the past has strenuously denied them and have prepared to take legal action.

Marty Singer this month filed suit against cruise ship worker Fabian Zanzi, who in May made claims the actor sexually assaulted him aboard a 2009 cruise; the lawyer also said recently said the pair intend to sue Robert Randolph’s attorneys for malicious prosecution.

John Travolta, 58, has meanwhile put on a brave face.

He stepped out earlier this month at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s 2012 Installation Luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where he cavorted with fellow stars including Bradley Cooper, Dustin Hoffman and Steven Spielberg.

His wife, Kelly Preston, has stood by the actor, supporting him at public events while meanwhile enjoying time abroad with her husband and their 20-month-old Benjamin, in late July and August.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston share two children, Benjamin and Ella Blue, 11. Their eldest child Jett died in 2009 at the age of 17.

John Travolta was putting on a brave front with his wife Kelly Preston at the premiere of Savages in Los Angeles last night.

The pair could not keep their hands off each other, and shared a smooch as they hammed it up for the event’s photographers.

John Travolta, 58, even playfully spun Kelly Preston, 49, around and put his hands around her waist as they lapped up the attention.

He certainly seemed relaxed, even though it had just been announced that a sailor who had accused him of sexual harassment is now suing him for assault.

The simmering scandal heated up last month, when John Travolta was hit with two lawsuits from male masseurs claiming the actor made sexual advances towards them during massages – though one claim was later withdrawn.

Despite various other people coming out of the woodwork making similar claims John Travolta has not addressed the allegations directly, though his legal team has strenuously denied them.

It also emerged last week author Robert Randolph is alleging in a new lawsuit the actor and his attorney, Marty Singer, made false claims about his mental health in a bid to bring the writer’s credibility into question.

He claims they managed to stop his book You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again, in which he made explosive claims he witnessed Travolta engaged in sexual intercourse with other men at various bathhouses, from making it onto the shelves.

However John Travolta’s lawyer said the pair is intending to sue Robert Randolph’s attorney’s for malicious prosecution.

Last night’s event was not the first time John Travolta has been put on a brave face.

For he has been honoring promotional duties for his first movie since 2010, which is about a violent feud between marijuana growers and a Mexican drug cartel, even though he is not considered one of the film’s lead actors.

John Travolta plays a corrupt DEA agent named Dennis in the film, who ends up getting dragged into the affair.

Devout Scientologist, John Travolta has been married to Kelly Preston since 1991.

Their oldest child Jett died in 2009 at the age of 17 and they have two other children Ella Blue, 11, and 23-month-old Benjamin.

Just a week after John Travolta’s former pilot Doug Gotterba claimed they had a six-year affair in the Eighties, Gotterba is now “considering’” writing a tell-all book.

Reports that Doug Gotterba, 60, has two writers lined up to help tell his story appear in today’s edition of The National Enquirer.

Last week, the National Enquirer reported that pilot Doug Gotterba told John Travolta’s former secretary Joan Edwards about the secret affair.

Joan Edwards confirmed that Doug Gotterba began working for John Travolta in 1981.

“He told me that John was gay and they had a sexual relationship,” said Joan Edwards.

In public, John Travolta, 58, has been putting on a brave face.

The actor took to the stage a week ago to help honor actress Shirley MacLaine as she received the 40th AFI Life Achievement Award.

The actor was perfectly composed and smiled throughout his speech, which he made in front of celebrity guests and work colleagues, including Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, Katherine Heigl and Meryl Streep.

A new report has claimed that John Travolta had a six year gay affair with his pilot Doug Gotterba.

John Travolta is said to have had a long-term relationship with Doug Gotterba in the ‘80, before the actor’s marriage to Kelly Preston in 1991.

The claims are made in the new issue of the National Enquirer – by Doug Gotterba’s ex-boyfriend and John Travolta’s former secretary.

Doug Gotterba – now 60 – is not quoted in the article – but the publication claims he did confirm he worked for John Travolta “for six years in the 1980s”.

John Travolta’s one-time secretary Joan Edwards – who worked for the star from 1978 to 1994 – told the National Enquirer: “Of course I knew he [John Travolta] was gay. It never bothered me.”

Joan Edwards goes on to reveal that she knew Doug Gotterba – detailing how he started working for John Travolta, 58, in 1981. She adds that she is still good friends with Doug Gotterba.

The tabloid then quotes Doug Gotterba’s ex-boyfriend Robert Britz in the article – who the pilot had a relationship with post-Travolta.

John Travolta is said to have had a long-term relationship with Doug Gotterba in the ‘80, before the actor's marriage to Kelly Preston in 1991

Robert Britz makes a string of claims about John Travolta and Doug Gotterba, saying: “Doug told me right at the beginning of our relationship that he’d had a homosexual relationship with John Travolta in the 1980s.”

He goes on to detail how:

• Doug Gotterba showed him a home video of John Travolta with his shirt off

• Says Doug Gotterba would chauffeur the actor to gay sex stores

• Claims Doug Gotterba told him it was “lucrative” to work for John Travolta

Five years into the relationship, Doug Gotterba began to tire of John Travolta, apparently becoming repulsed by his habits, according to Robert Britz.

“Doug said that he hated sleeping with John because his body was very hairy and he didn’t like they way John smelled,” Robert Britz claims.

He went on: “John would also become very heavy between movies. Doug called him <<huge>> and said it turned him off.”

“After a few years, Doug grew apart from John sexually, and John’s advances eventually started to repulse him,” Robert Britz said.

He added: “The relationship ended shortly thereafter.”

The Enquirer claims John Travolta went to great lengths to cover up his fling and used actress Brooke Shields – who was just 16 at the time – as a smokescreen by going on a few dates with her in public.

In his 1997 biography, John Travolta: Back In Character, author Wensley Clarkson says the dates with Brooke Shields were set up by their agents.

Doug Gotterba, 60, is the owner of a private jet company near Santa Barbara, California.

A string of other people came out of the woodwork making similar claims.

The National Enquirer has published cross-dressing photos of John Travolta after he has been accused of sexually assaulting male masseurs.

John Travolta, 58, appears in full drag – and the pictures, published in today’s National Enquirer, are allegedly not for a film role.

In the snaps, John Travolta is wearing a white dress, brown belt, fur stole, earrings and a necklace.

A bra is even visible beneath the knit frock.

The actor also wears a face full of makeup, including thick black eyeliner and pearly pink lipstick as well as a blonde wig pulled back into a ponytail.

The photos were obtained by The National Enquirer from a party in Los Angeles that John Travolta attended in 1997, just six years after marrying Kelly Preston.

In another bitter twist of fate, the magazine claims that his wife of over twenty years has left him in the wake of his cross-dressing scandal.

A friend of Kelly Preston says: “Kelly told me their marriage is over and made it clear that she’s no longer living in the family home.

“She’s put up with John’s double life for decades while his behavior remained in the shadows.

“But all this coming out in public has humiliated her. Kelly is absolutely destroyed.”

No doubt his children, Ella, 12, and Benjamin, 18 months, will be affected by this recent scandal.

John Travolta is certainly no stranger to dressing up in drag.

He wore women’s clothing on the big screen as Edna Turnblad in the 2007 silver screen adaptation of Broadway musical Hairspray.

Though his tongue-in-cheek role had many laughing, this current photo scandal is certainly no laughing matter in the wake of recent reports that he sexually assaulted male masseurs.

The New York Daily News reported today that one of the two accusers was offered $125,000 by Team Travolta to keep his mouth shut.

Though John Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, calls the claims “completely false”, John Truesdale is firmly standing by his story.

The former US Army medic reportedly turned down the offer and hired celebrity crisis lawyer Gloria Allred.

However, the 40-year-old black belt withdrew his $2 million federal lawsuit last week, as did the other accuser, who has not been identified and is referred to simply as “John Doe No. 1”.

John Truesdale’s innocence was called into question on Tuesday when his name was called into question in an unfavorable way.

RadarOnline reported that he was fired from a North Carolina massage job eight years ago for being “sexually inappropriate” with clients and co-workers.

It was he who reported claims of misconduct on May 8 when he said that John Travolta touched him inappropriately at the Beverly Hills Hotel on January 16.

For his part, flight records and photos have placed John Travolta 3,000 miles away from the alleged incident in California.

John Trousdale claims he got the dates wrong.

John Travolta tried to sexually assault Grease co-star Jeff Conaway while he was sleeping, Vikki Lizzi has claimed.

John Travolta allegedly tried to perform an oral act at Jeff Conaway’s home in the 1990s, Conaway’s former fiancée Vikki Lizzi told the National Enquirer.

Vikki Lizzi said that her partner, who played Kenickie in the 1978 hit movie, was so upset with the incident it ended his long-term friendship with the star.

She also said Jeff Conaway made the claim in a suicide note.

It was left, Vikki Lizzi said, after a failed bid to kill himself in 2006. He died on May 2011, aged 60, from complications of pneumonia.

Vikki Lizzi also alleged that Jeff Conaway said John Travolta, 58, and his wife, Kelly Preston, were locked in a sham marriage.

She told Star magazine: “Jeff told me that John and Kelly’s marriage was an arrangement.

“Jeff said that Kelly knows that John is gay, and that’s why she’s OK with it.”

Another source alleged in Star that Kelly Preston signed a contract with John Travolta when they were wed, though the source did not know its details.

The claims came as another hotel masseur claimed he had a homosexual tryst with John Travolta.

Unlike the first two – one of whom withdrew his lawsuit on Tuesday and the first accuser who dropped his case – this latest man to come forward with gay sex claims involving the actor is named.

Former massage therapist Luis Gonzalez said he spent an afternoon with John Travolta at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Laguna Niguel, California, in 1997.

Meanwhile, another unnamed man made claims yesterday that John Travolta accosted him – making it the fifth man to make allegations about the star.

The man – a gym employee – has accused John Travolta of fondling him against his wishes when he worked out at the gym while he was shooting a movie, according to RadarOnline.

However, no details were reported regarding the time frame or location. John Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer has denied the allegations.

Last week Fabian Zanzi became the third man to accuse Travolta of accosting him back in 2009 while he was working on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship.

Luis Gonzalez made his claims to the National Enquirer magazine in the US, saying of John Travolta: “He’s a great kisser. I know because I had sex with him and he loved it.”

He also claimed that the married actor seemed “very experienced” at gay sex.

“I can remember it like it happened yesterday,” he added.

The masseur said the rendezvous started minutes after he set up his table in John Travolta’s room.

The actor reportedly stripped down and said it was too warm for a top sheet.

Luis Gonzalez, 49, described how John Travolta became aroused soon after lying on the table.

“He moved around and started to breathe heavily,” he alleged.

“We got right into the bed that was right there next to the massage table and had a really good time.”

Luis Gonzales, who is now living overseas, said he had massaged the actor several times since first meeting him in 1988 without anything sexual happening.

“Travolta may not identify himself as a gay man, but it doesn’t dismiss the fact that he likes sex with men .. and he’s experienced at it,” Luis Gonzales claimed.

“I was in shock for about a week afterward thinking, <<I can’t believe it! I had sex with John Travolta!>> I was hoping to see him again after that, but I never did,” he alleged in the Enquirer.

The first masseur who claimed last week that he was groped by John Travolta during a private massage in Beverly Hills in January was forced to drop his case after it emerged that the actor was 3,000 miles away in New York at the time of the alleged incident.

But he hired celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred yesterday and was said to be considering whether or not to re-file the lawsuit.

A second masseur who accused John Travolta of sexual battery at an Atlanta hotel in January has now also withdrawn from the suit.

The unnamed man – named only as John Doe #2 – has parted ways with lawyer Okorie Okorocha but may still pursue his case against the actor having also hired Gloria Allred.

“We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take,” Gloria Allred said yesterday.

One of the two male masseurs who have claimed actor John Travolta had sexually assaulted them has withdrawn his legal action.

The unidentified man had claimed that John Travolta, 58, groped him during a massage session in Beverly Hills in January.

A second masseur who claims John Travolta made similar advances later that month in Atlanta is to press ahead with his case, according to his lawyer.

The actor’s lawyer said the star had been “completely vindicated” by the dismissal of the first complaint.

In a statement, Marty Singer said he expected his client to “similarly be vindicated” with regards to the second claimant, referred to in documents as John Doe No 2.

Okorie Okorocha, the attorney for both claimants, attributed the first masseur’s decision not to proceed to disagreements over how to handle the case.

“Let’s just say we had differences in opinion of how to handle the case and decided to part ways,” Okorie Okorocha told People magazine.

The notice of dismissal was filed on Tuesday at the US District Court in Los Angeles.

John Travolta was Oscar-nominated for his roles in Saturday Night Fever and Pulp Fiction and has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991.

Michael Caputo, a former masseur at the posh Peninsula Hotel in Manhattan, has claimed that John Travolta was blacklisted for three years from the hotel’s spa for inappropriate behavior.

Michael Caputo, 55, said that John Travolta always asked for a man for his massage at the hotel’s famous rooftop spa and was barred after several creepy-run ins.

The former masseur said that male staffers complained that John Travolta would grind against the massage table, remove the towel and lift his butt in the air during his therapy.

“Travolta would always request a man for his massage, but after a while no one would take him because of his inappropriate behavior,” said Michael Caputo.

“It got to the point where they couldn’t find any men to take him, and they had to ban him,” explained the masseur known as Magic Mike, who said he worked at the Peninsula from 1992-2008.

Michael Caputo, a former masseur at the posh Peninsula Hotel in Manhattan claims that John Travolta was banned for three years from the hotel's spa for inappropriate behavior

The ban lasted for three years and happened around a decade ago according to Michael Caputo, who now works from his Queens, New York home offering massages for $100 an hour.

“If he was banned, do you think he’d ever go back?” said John Travolta’s attorney, Marty Singer, dismissing the allegation as complete nonsense – noting that his client was at the hotel’s famous rooftop spa as recently as six months ago.

“He’s never been banned, I guarantee you. . . . The hotel never told John he was banned, and John never acted improperly,” according to the New York Daily News.

This new allegation comes as John Travolta faced a slight reprieve in the increasingly murky sexual assault allegations against him.

John Travolta is facing a new accusation of sexual harassment after a third man came forward yesterday.

Fabian Zanzi has accused John Travolta of accosting him back in 2009 while he was working on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship.

Chilean-born Fabian Zanzi was an employee on the liner at the time and was in charge of VIP guests.

Fabian Zanzi – the first of the three victims to be publicly named – told South American news website ABC.es that John Travolta approached him and offered him $12,000 to have sex with him.

He told the website he refused the actor’s advances.

Fabian Zanzi recalled: “He had something on his neck. I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked.

“He hugged me and asked me to do a massage.”

Reports suggest Fabian Zanzi has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against John Travolta – although this has yet to be verified.

The news comes following claims from two unidentified masseurs alleging John Travolta sexually assaulted them. They are suing for $2 million in damages.

John Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer has strenuously denied the two initial claims and is yet to comment on the latest allegations.

The first two masseurs to come forward have been named as John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 in U.S. lawsuits. Both are being represented by lawyer Okorie Okorocha and claim John Travolta made sexually advances towards them.

Wednesday John Travolta’s camp put forward photographic evidence which appeared to provide Travolta with an alibi with regard to claims by John Doe #1, who alleges he was assaulted by the actor on January 16 of this year at a Beverly Hills hotel in Los Angeles.

John Travolta’s lawyers, however, claim the actor was in New York City on that date – releasing a restaurant receipt from the Mr. Chow restaurant in NYC and two photographs of the actor as evidence.

It is claimed by TMZ.com that two photos show him first at 4:30 p.m. and then again at 5:21 p.m., at a fitting for his upcoming movie Killing Season in the Big Apple.

In a new development today, the New York Daily News reports flight records prove John Travolta landed in Westchester, New York, hours before sunrise on the day John Doe #1 claims the alleged sexual harassment took place in Los Angeles.

It supports the actor’s alibi he was 3,000 miles away from the scene of the alleged groping.

In another bizarre twist the unidentified masseur has released a statement wishing John Travolta “health and happiness” – despite pressing ahead with the lawsuit.

In a statement to RadarOnline he said: “Even though Mr. Travolta and his counsel are on opposing sides in this matter, I do wish them good health, happiness, and want them to be judged with absolute fairness as our great nation affords all citizens regardless of their wealth or station.”

Actor John Travolta faces new allegations of sexual assault after a second male masseur joined the $2 million legal action against him.

In amended court documents filed on Tuesday, the unidentified man claimed John Travolta, 58, tried to initiate sex at a hotel in Atlanta on 28 January.

The new accusation follows allegations that he sexually assaulted a masseur at the Beverly Hills Hotel on 16 January.

John Travolta’s lawyer called the new claim “just as ridiculous as the first one”.

“Our client will be fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and fictional claims,” said attorney Martin Singer.

The second man, a resident of Georgia, was referred to in court documents as John Doe No. 2. He claimed that John Travolta rubbed his legs, touched his genitals and tried to initiate sex during a private appointment.

His claims echoed those of the first masseur, referred to as John Doe, who accused John Travolta of exposing himself and groping him.

Both legal actions were filed by Okorie Okorocha, a lawyer based in Pasadena just outside Los Angeles, and have been dismissed as “fabricated” by John Travolta’s legal representatives.

Best known for his roles in Saturday Night Fever and Pulp Fiction, John Travolta has been married to Kelly Preston since 1991.

A photograph collector from Ontario, Canada, claims he has found a picture of John Travolta from a previous incarnation in 1860.

John Travolta is a member of the Church of Scientology, which believes in reincarnation and asks some members to sign one billion year contracts of service.

“I’ve had this interesting photograph for years and I’ve been unable to part with it,” the seller said on the auction site.

“When you look at it and into the eyes of the sitter you will see what I mean!

“I believe this is the photograph of a very young John Travolta taken around 1860… This is a ruby glass ambrotype photograph and it is one of a kind.

“It hasn’t been changed, tampered with or altered in anyway. It is clear and is as nice as the day it was taken roughly 151 years ago.”

The photo is listed on eBay at $50,000 or nearest offer, and while it has a large price tag comes with free shipping and gift wrapping.

The listings comes after another antique dealer joked that he has a photo that is proof Nicolas Cage is more than just an A-list actor – he’s also a vampire who lived during the American Civil War.

The eBay seller claims to have a 4” by 2.5” carte de visit photo from around 1870 of a man who looks exactly like Nicolas Cage.

The seller, who has put the starting price at $1million, says the photo is 100% genuine and was taken of a man who lived in Bristol, Tennessee, around the time of the Civil War.

The seller is Jack Mörd from Seattle, Washington, whose Facebook page says he is originally from Los Angeles, California, and owns “The Thanatos Archive”.

“My theory is that he allows himself to age to a certain point, maybe 70, 80 or so, then the actor “Nicolas Cage” will <<die>>,” Jack Mörd joked.

“But in reality, the undead vampire <<Nicolas Cage>> will have rejuvenated himself and appeared in some other part of the world, young again, and ready to start all over.”

“The picture was found in the back of an album that contained many unusual death portraits from the Civil War era – but the Nicolas Cage lookalike was not identified by name,” Jack Mörd said.

Jack Mörd has a 100% positive feedback rating on eBay and his profile says he is interested in collecting and selling Victorian Era post-mortem photography, as well as other vintage pictures.

The eBay product description for “Nicolas Cage is a Vampire / Photo from 1870 / Tennessee” says:

“Original c.1870 carte de visit showing a man who looks exactly like Nick Cage.

“This is not a trick photo of any kind and has not been manipulated in Photoshop or any other graphics program.

“It’s an original photo of a man who lived in Bristol, TN, sometime around the Civil War.”

It is believed the photo was taken by a confederate Civil War prisoner of war photographer called Professor G.B. Smith.

Jack Mörd joked that Nicolas Cage could be a walking undead man who reinvents himself once every 75 years – and might be looking at going into politics or talk show hosting next.
