Rob Ford’s appearance Monday night on Jimmy Kimmel Live was the culmination of months of wooing by the talk show host to get the Toronto mayor to appear as a guest.

Rob Ford laughed off Jimmy Kimmel’s suggestion that he get help for his drinking problem and was reported to be upset about his appearance on the talk show.

The mayor tossed T-shirts to the audience to loud applause as he came on stage after Jimmy Kimmel introduced him by saying “our first guest tonight has tripped, bumped, danced, argued and smoked his way into our national consciousness”.

Jimmy Kimmel told Rob Ford that if he’s an alcoholic, and drinking enough that he would try crack cocaine in his 40s, “and you don’t remember it, maybe that’s something that you might want to think about, like talking to somebody”.

Rob Ford shot back his head and laughed before saying he “wasn’t elected to be perfect”.

The Toronto mayor made international headlines last year when he acknowledged having smoked crack cocaine while in a drunken stupor. He continues to draw attention for his erratic behavior, but has resisted pressure to step down and is seeking re-election in October.

Earlier during the segment, Rob Ford and Jimmy Kimmel left their seats during the segment to watch a series of videos depicting the mayor of Canada’s largest city in a variety of embarrassing scenes, including a cell phone video of Ford ranting about wanting to kill someone. Rob Ford said he didn’t know who he was talking about in the video.

Jimmy Kimmel also played several other videos, including one from a city council meeting in which he mimes a drunk driver and another that shows him dumping and throwing – not handing – candy canes to children during a Santa Claus parade. The red-faced mayor stood next to a video screen and was asked to comment about each of them.

Before the show, Rob Ford had said that his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s show was intended to promote Toronto’s film industry, describing his city as Hollywood North.

Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! how he got invited to this year’s State of the Union in Washington D.C. and what President Barack Obama thought of his outfit.

Willie Robertson and Barack Obama ran into each other when the A&E star attended the State of the Union and caught up after first meeting at last year’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

The Duck Dynasty star said he was getting ready to get on an elevator when he was told he couldn’t just yet because the president was coming.

“The president’s walking down the hall. And he sees me and he goes, <<Willie, what’s up?>>” Willie Robertson recalled.

“I’m like, <<Hey, what’s up?>> So we’re talking, and we’re having this conversation.”

Barack Obama even teased Willie Robertson about his outfit, since the Duck Dynasty star was not as formally-attired for the State of the Union as he was for the Correspondents’ Dinner.

“The last time I met him, at the Correspondents’ Dinner, I had a tux on,” Willie Robertson explains.

“He’s like, <<Where’s the tux?>> I’m like, <<This is my State of the Union attire>>.”

Willie Robertson also revealed how he even got invited to go to the State of the Union in the first place, something that left a number of political pundits scratching their heads.

“So, my buddy, Vance McAllister wins this special election,” Willie Robertson begins, laughing as he starts his story.

“He’s only in for a year and then he has to run again, so he calls me up and he says, <<Willie, State of the Union man. I may only be here for a year, you want to roll?>> I said <<Let’s go, man, let’s do it>>. We’re literally high-fiving in the back of it like, <<Can you believe it? We’re here>>.”

Willie Robertson and his wife Korie, who joined him on the ABC late-night show, also said that the politicians mostly asked them about Uncle Si and whether he’s really like he is on the show.

Jimmy Kimmel has been involved in a holiday-themed prank war with his neighbors, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.

This year Jimmy Kimmel upped the ante by gift wrapping their entire home while turning it into a winter wonderland.

Upon returning home, John Krasinski was greeted by a group of carolers, and a small surprise sent to deliver Jimmy Kimmel’s yuletide cheer.

Sadly, Emily Blunt was not with her husband to witness the magic — on camera, at least.

“You know what the worst part of this is? I’ll never get him back for this,” John Krasinski said.

“I don’t have enough money for something like this.”

Jimmy Kimmel decided to try Snow White costume for his Halloween show.

His Snow White costume was his best Jimmy Kimmel Live getup since he dressed up as Jay Leno in 2010.

Jimmy Kimmel’s guest, Mindy Kaling, meanwhile, turned up as Peter Pan’s nemesis — though Kimmel initially took her for Prince.

The two sat down to talk about their childhood Halloween costumes.

Jimmy Kimmel seems to know where his bread is buttered: His show airs on Disney-owned ABC, and his theater is owned by the Walt Disney Company. So no one will poison his apple at this year’s company Christmas party.

According to the Jimmy Kimmel Live show, Americans spend $300 million on costumes for their pets every Halloween.

On last night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, creative dog groomer Catherine Opson showed off several dogs that were painted and groomed in interesting ways for Halloween. The five different dog designs shown included a zombie, a leopard, a koi pond, Sesame Street, and The Simpsons.

Jimmy Kimmel and Kanye West dispelled the idea their so-called rap feud was a publicity stunt during a sometimes uncomfortable appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live show.

Speculation that Kanye West’s anger over a Jimmy Kimmel Live parody skit that mocked him was staged was immediate after Kanye lashed out at Jimmy Kimmel in late September.

Kanye West and Jimmy Kimmel said that their beef was authentic during a 30-minute interview on Wednesday night’s show in which the rapper discussed a range of topics including his artistry, paparazzi, family, fashion and the idea of celebrity.

Jimmy Kimmel said early in the interview that he knows Kanye West personally and always found him friendly, but that he seems misunderstood.

“I don’t know if you know this, but a lot of people think you’re a jerk,” Jimmy Kimmel said after Kanye West called himself a genius.

Kanye West was objecting to the idea that he’s “just a celebrity.”

“When you said you think you’re a genius, I think that upsets people,” Jimmy Kimmel said.

“But the truth is a lot of people think they’re geniuses, but nobody says it because it’s weird to say it. But it is most certainly more honest to say, <<I am a genius>>.”

“I’m totally weird and totally honest and I’m totally inappropriate sometimes, and the thing is for me not to say I’m not a genius I’d be lying to you and to myself.”

The fight broke out the day after Jimmy Kimmel hired a child actor to portray Kanye West in a recreation of an interview the rapper gave on BBC Radio 1 in which he discussed the limitations he’s faced as his fame has grown, among many other topics.

Kanye West told Jimmy Kimmel he’s often upset with his portrayal in the media but usually keeps his reaction to himself. This time, though, since he knew Jimmy Kimmel, Kanye West felt he had a license to reach out by phone and discuss his disapproval man to man.

“That elevates sometimes,” Kanye West said.

“Jimmy does his thing, I do my thing, and at some point egos can flare up, and we kind of took it back to high school.”

Jimmy Kimmel showed the highlights from Kanye West’s resulting Twitter rant and admitted he’d just seen a few snippets of the BBC interview before approving the skit and didn’t realize how personal it was.

“I really felt bad about all this stuff, I did,” Jimmy Kimmel said after Kanye West walked on stage.

Kanye West responded: “Mmm huh,” but smiled widely after watching a portion of the skit.

In a sometimes stream-of-consciousness delivery, Kanye West talked passionately about discrimination based on class, protecting his music publishing from covetous drug dealers, false humility and his thoughts on and experience with high fashion. He also ranted against the Hollywood Walk of Fame organization for denying his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, a star and reflected on his recent negative interactions with paparazzi.

Though both denied it was a publicity stunt, Jimmy Kimmel and Kanye West did take advantage of the opportunity. A commercial touting Kanye West’s concert tour ran during the show and ABC’s Nightline aired a segment on West in the wake of the appearance.

Kanye West’s appearance went long, pre-empting an appearances by Arctic Monkeys.

Jimmy Kimmel thanked Kanye West for appearing on the show, and West responded: “Thank you for the platform.”

Jimmy Kimmel addressed Kanye West’s profanity-studded Twitter rant in which he went off on the late-night host in response to a bit from Jimmy Kimmel Live that poked fun at Kanye’s much-talked-about interview with BBC Radio One.

“Quick question,” Jimmy Kimmel kicked off his monologue on Thursday.

“Did anyone else get a very angry phone call from Kanye West about an hour and a half ago? Just me? OK, I didn’t know if he was mad at all of us.”

Picking up the subject again about 15 minutes later, Jimmy Kimmel described the pre-rant call he got from Kanye West.

“He told me I had two choices: apologize publicly…and that was really the only choice!” Jimmy Kimmel said.

“The other choice he gave was that my life – <<Your life>>, he said, <<is going to be much better if you apologize>>. Then he started tweeting today and I don’t even know if I’ve seen some of these tweets, because they’re happening as we speak…”

Then Jimmy Kimmel started going through Kanye’s tweets (which were all in caps), starting with the one that got the ball rolling: “Jimmy Kimmel is out of line to try and spoof in any way the first piece of honest media in years.”

The funnyman continued to parse the tweets, including the one that inquired whether Jimmy Kimmel would like it if Kanye West did a spoof about “your face or you f***ing Ben Affleck.”

“Which, by the way, was a spoof,” Jimmy Kimmel reminded everyone.

“I don’t know if he thought that was news.”

Noting the use of the hash tags “#nodisrespecttobenaffleck” and “#alldisrespecttojimmy kimmel,” Jimmy Kimmel cracked: “A lot of hash in those tags.”

“And he told me this on the phone, I swear,” he continued>

“He said, <<I am the most powerful voice in media. I am ‘Pac!>> He said <<I am ‘Pac>> a few times to me. He said, <<You’ll never be able to show your face at a 14-year-old’s high school football game and be cool again>>.

“He really is ‘Pac,” Jimmy Kimmel said, smiling but looking a bit baffled.

“That’s right out of the Tupac playbook, isn’t it?”

“I don’t understand it, I don’t know why he’s angry again,” Jimmy Kimmel continued.

“I thought the bit was pretty innocuous. Finally I’m in a rap feud.”

“Do you have my back?” he asked side-kick Guillermo, who promised, while munching on a snack, to watch his boss’ back.

“Right now we’re at Def-Kanye Five,” Jimmy Kimmel concluded.

“Thanks, Kanye, appreciate it.”

Jimmy Kimmel promised to keep us posted and all remains quiet on the Twitter front for now.

Kanye West got angry after Jimmy Kimmel Live‘s recent parody of the lengthy, in-depth interview the rapper gave to BBC’s Radio One, in which he referred to himself as the “No. 1 rock star on the planet” and delved into various personal topics.

Kanye West, 36, took to Twitter to slam Jimmy Kimmel’s action: “JMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY  AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS.”

“JIMMY KIMMEL, I DON’T TAKE IT AS A JOKE… YOU DON’T HAVE SCUM BAGS HOPPING OVER FENCES TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DAUGHTER,” the rapper continued.

“YOU CAN’T PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES. YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY…IS THAT FUNNY?…OR IF I HAD A KID SAY IT WOULD BE FUNNY???”

The spoof that angered Kanye West featured a little boy reciting actual snippets of the artist’s interview while fiercely sipping a milk shake in between sound bites.

“I brought the leather jogging pants six years ago to Fendi, and they said <<no>>!” little Kanye exclaimed in the “Kanye Kid Re(Kreation)”

“How many [bleep] you seen with leather jogging pants? Where the culture at? Where is the culture at?!”

Kanye West went on: “SHOULD I DO A SPOOF ABOUT YOUR FACE OR YOU F***ING BEN AFFLECK…#NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK #ALLDISRESPECTTOJIMMYKIMMEL!!!!”

Instead, Jimmy Kimmel appeared to fully enjoy reaping what he had sowed.

“apparently @KanyeWest is VERY VERY ANGRY with me….” Jimmy Kimmel tweeted when he first got wind of Kanye West’s rant.

“if it’s not too much trouble @kanyewest, would you mind using @jimmykimmel? Thanks”

Kanye West continued: “I LIKE YOU, YOU KNOW ME, I WENT TO YOUR FAMILY’S WEDDING.”

Jimmy Kimmel replied: “I like you too! Glad we cleared this up.”

But Kanye West didn’t stop: “WHO YOU MADE IT CLEAR TO ME WASN’T YOUR FAMILY WHEN I WAS ON THEN PHONE WITH YOU 5 MINUTES AGO, YOU MANIPULATIVE MEDIA MUTHERF***ER.”

Jimmy Kimmel then swatted back with: “I know! #WreckItRalph, right?!” when Kanye West jabbed at him with: “SARAH SILVERMAN IS A THOUSAND TIMES FUNNIER THAN YOU AND THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS IT!!!”

Then Kanye West started tweeting pictures, one of which Jimmy Kimmel duly retweeted.

“I swear, @kanyewest one more of these I WILL unfollow you #warning #Goshdarnit,” Jimmy Kimmel wrote.

Jessica Simpson has previously refused to reveal the sex of her unborn child, but she accidentally revealed that she’s expecting a baby boy during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday.

“The crazy thing is I never knew a wiener could make me nauseous,” Jessica Simpson told Jimmy Kimmel.

Jessica Simpson then laughed off the on-air mistake, saying: “Well I guess I just told the world that I’m having a boy!”

She didn’t seem worried by the slip up, tweeting: “Accidental announcement tonight on @jimmykimmel.”

Jessica Simpson, 32, fell pregnant with her second child when her daughter Maxwell was less than a year old.

The pop star and her fiancé Eric Johnson confirmed they were expecting their second baby back in December.

Jimmy Kimmel joked when greeting her that “It’s time to have this baby already,” to which Jessica laughingly said: “I know, I can’t believe I’m pregnant again!”

But this time around, being pregnant is more of a challenge, she said.

“It’s a totally different pregnancy. I just feel awful, I’ve been vomiting,” said the star candidly.

Jessica Simpson then cracked the wiener joke, after which she brought her hand to her mouth in shock at her accidental slip.

“I can’t believe I just did that, that was not planned,” she said good-naturedly. Later she said: “I just did it so crude, I feel awful!”

It’s been reported that Jessica Simpson and her fiancé plan to name their child Ace. When Jimmy Kimmel addressed the rumors, she didn’t answer him directly, stating: “Well let’s hope it’s a boy!”

Jimmy Kimmel also asked her whether she planned on getting married soon.

“I keep planning on getting married but I keep getting knocked up,” she quipped.

“Maybe I should go back to when I was younger – I was a virgin before I was married, so maybe I should just completely reverse and just stop having sex all together until Eric and I actually say <<I do>>.”

Jimmy Kimmel asked what Jessica Simpson’s father Joe Simpson, who is an ordained minister, said when his daughter got pregnant out of wedlock.

Jessica Simpson said when she told him she was pregnant the first time, he said: “Well what are we going to do?”

And the second time she fell pregnant, Joe Simpson was more resigned, merely stating: “Oh honey.”

When asked whether she and Eric Johnson plan on having more kids, Jessica Simpson stated: “I really don’t want to be pregnant again because this pregnancy is really rocking my world right now.”

Jimmy Kimmel also mentioned Jessica Simpson’s best friend Cacee Cobb, who is pregnant and due around the same time as Jessica.

When asked if the two had planned it, Jessica Simpson replied: “Well it’s definitely something we would love to have happened. We want our babies to be best friends, ’cause we are.

“So now we’re going to force them to go to school together, force them to eat sandwiches together.”

“Hopefully it works out, we would be heartbroken,” Jessica Simpson said, laughing.

A new report says the upcoming 2013-2014 season will be Jay Leno’s last behind the desk of The Tonight Show before he’s replaced by Jimmy Fallon.

Jimmy Fallon, who now hosts NBC’s Late Show, will be officially announced as the new host sometime in the summer of next year.

The Hollywood Reporter cited two anonymous “high-level industry sources” who say the network wants to bring in Jimmy Fallon in response to Jimmy Kimmel’s show moving to the 11:35 time slot in January.

“The more time Jimmy Kimmel is in that slot, the more the young audience goes that way, the harder it is for [Fallon] to keep that audience,” one source said.

Jay Leno has kept his spot on top of the late-night ratings, but Jimmy Kimmel is competitive in the coveted 18-49 demographic.

“Kimmel has done extremely well,” said one unnamed network veteran.

“Jay wins overall, but on any given night, it’s neck-and-neck in 18-49. I understand where they might have fear and also feel that they own the solution [in Jimmy Fallon.]”

NBC denied the story, while Jay Leno’s reps said “we do not speculate on rumor”.

The Hollywood Reporter noted that Jay Leno would likely be reluctant to leave, especially if he were forced to retire while longtime rival David Letterman remains on the air.

The two famously battled to follow Johnny Carson’s legendary tenure as host of the Tonight Show, with Jay Leno eventually winning the spot while David Letterman left NBC for CBS to start his own 11:35 show.

Their fight over the show was the basis for the non-fiction book, The Late Shift, which was adapted into a film of the same name by HBO in 1996.

Both hosts are signed through 2014.

A new report says the upcoming 2013-2014 season will be Jay Leno’s last behind the desk of The Tonight Show before he’s replaced by Jimmy Fallon

It’s also possible NBC is worried that if David Letterman does leave next year, CBS would be looking for a replacement host, potentially leading to a battle over Jimmy Fallon.

Late night comedy brawled over talent in 2010 when Jay Leno left the Tonight Show to host another show at 10. Six years prior, then NBC-head Jeff Zucker had promised then-Late Night host Conan O’Brien that he would get the Tonight Show as part of a deal to re-sign with the network.

But the strategy was a disaster. Jay Leno’s 10 p.m. show tanked in the ratings and Conan O’Brien’s Tonight Show struggled out of the gate against David Letterman. A year later Jay Leno was back, and NBC had gone through a costly and embarrassing debacle.

Conan O’Brien left the network and now hosts a show on TBS.

The network would also save money paying a far lower salary to Jimmy Fallon compared to the roughly $20 million per year Jay Leno makes.

If NBC does go through with ousting Jay Leno, one observer notes they will “get the benefit of selling Jay’s last year – again”.

Katie Couric has admitted to dating talk show legend Larry King during Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

Katie Couric and Larry King went for dinner at an Italian restaurant in Washington, D.C. about 25 years ago and afterwards King drove them back to his apartment where he tried to put the moves on her.

“So we sat there and what can I say, he lunged,” Katie Couric said, as Jimmy Kimmel cracked up and interjected: “Incredible.”

Katie Couric, now 56, said their one and only date took place when she was about 30-years-old and during a time when she decided to be more adventurous in her love life.

“I was going through this period of my life that I was going, <<I’m going to go out with anyone who asks me because you learn something every time>>.”

After Larry King, who has famously been married eight times, met her at a restaurant and later called her to ask her out.

“And I thought well that would be really interesting,” Katie Couric said of her reason for saying yes.

She said Larry King, now 79-years-old, came to her apartment to pick her up driving a Lincoln Town Car and then they went to dinner.

“They put us right next to each other like they do with all the men and their <<nieces>>.”

“He had ordered the veal poached in chicken stock because he had just had quadruple bypass, which was hot,” Katie Couric joked.

The rest of the meal went “nice enough” Katie Couric said, but she was soon thrown for a shock when she realized he wasn’t taking her back to her apartment.

“I go, <<Larry, where are we going>> and he goes, <<My place>>.

“I was like, <<Oh mother of god>>. I was like <<Dear, Cosmo what do i do?>> I was only 30, I could not figure out how to extricate myself from it.”

“So we go to his apartment in Roslyn [Virginia] and we walk in and its covered in proclamations for <<Larry King Day>> and keys to every city in the country. That was sexy!”

Katie Couric has admitted to dating talk show legend Larry King during Jimmy Kimmel Live

Katie Couric has admitted to dating talk show legend Larry King during Jimmy Kimmel Live

Soon after they got there, Larry King made his advance towards her, which she quickly rebuffed, she said.

“I started laughing a little because the whole situation was like out of a bad Lifetime movie.

“So I said <<Larry, you’re such an interesting, nice man but I would like to meet someone a little closer to my age>>.

“He said, <<That’s okay cause when I like, I really like>>.”

Larry King, who has been married to Shawn Southwick since 1997, has a totally different recollection of getting shot down.

“We went out to dinner, a nice Italian restaurant, we drove home, thought we were kind of romantic, we get to her door, in the apartment house and she said, <<Oh, I have a roommate>>,” he said in 2009.

“Then I kissed her goodnight and that was that. And we became friends ever since,” Larry King said.

Katie Couric also revealed last night how Michael Jackson once bizarrely asked her on a date after he rejected her request for an interview.

“Can you imagine going home to my daughters who were then about 8 and 4, saying, <<Honey, Girls. I’m going out on a date with Michael Jackson>>,” she said.

“I just thought it would be too weird. The tabloids would go crazy and I didn’t need that.”

Jimmy Kimmel Live had a great trick for parents this Halloween.

Tell your kids you ate all their Halloween candy, then film the reaction.

Kids expressed shock, rage, and stunned confusion when their parents told them they’d eaten this year’s haul.

Michelle Obama was pushing her campaign to encourage supporters to take advantage of early voting when Jimmy Kimmel asked: “But what if I forget to vote?”

And the pre-taped skit rolled on cue: It began with Michelle Obama creeping into Jimmy Kimmel’s bedroom before 5:30 a.m. on election day.

Honey Boo Boo proved her personality is far from pint sized on last night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel.

Seven-year-old Alana Thompson was unable to contain her excitement and boredom during the nine minute segment, which she appeared on with her mother, June Shannon.

While uncontrollably wriggling, Honey Boo Boo endorses Barack Obama, admits she once had a stutter and discusses her allowance; while mother June Shannon reveals how all the money made from the show is split equally between the children in a trust fund.

Meanwhile, they youngster decides to have a quick nap, resting her head in her arms, but not before shoving her hand in Jimmy Kimmel’s glass of water and then flicking it at the audience.

Turning to June Shannon, otherwise known as Mama, Jimmy Kimmel asks: “The Kardashians are making millions of dollars, and their show is about as popular as yours. Are you making millions of dollars?”

Earnestly, Mama replied: “No, we just started out, you don’t make millions when you first start out.

“I am the manager, the agent in all of this. I know what’s best for my kids… that’s why I chose to put money in the trust fund.

“This journey may last six months or it may last a year but I don’t want ten years down the road Alana or any of the kids to be thinking, <<oh my god, I have nothing to show for it>>. So I wanted to put it in a trust fund, split equally for all the kids.

“So most of the money is there, and the other money goes to our community outreach programmes like the UR brand that we raise for anti-bullying.”

Honey Boo Boo says she doesn’t get her own allowance just yet, but that Mama gives her money to go to the store.

“Like if I wanna go to the store, she gives me my own money. I buy some candy or somethin’, or somethin’ to eat,” she said.

On her nickname as “coupon queen”, June Shannon admitted: “Unfortunately because we’ve had a busy schedule I don’t get to coupon as much as I used to, but when I do get to coupon… oh boy.

“It’s kind of like an addictive drug for me, you save money for your family, but I could be a multimillionaire and I’d still save family for my family.”

Jimmy Kimmel pointed out the family’s other nickmanes, like Chubs, Sugar Bear and Pumpkin.

Honey Boo Boo offered: “I have other nicknames, one’s Smoochi and one’s T.T.

“It’s because when I was little I used to stutter. I used to say a <<lotta T, T, T>>”

Jimmy Kimmel turned the focus to politics, telling the mother-daughter duo that Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney recently said he prefers Snooki to the TLC stars.

“Do you know who Mitt Romney is?” asked Jimmy Kimmel.

“No,” replied Honey Boo Boo.

He tried again: “Barack Obama?”

Answering with uncertainty, she said: “The President?”

Jimmy Kimmel thne asked who she would be supporting this year.

“Marack Obama,” she replied, as Mama adjusted her daughter’s legs into a more ladylike position, an ongoing struggle between the pair during the segment.

Nine minutes later and the youngster jumped for joy when she realized it was over.

“You better Redneckognize!” she yelled.

Jennifer Aniston has collaborated with US water brand SmartWater, taking centre stage as a ditzy mother-of-two who is now expecting triplets.

The action starts with a cameo from American Idol host Ryan Seacrest presenting a mock news report, saying Jennifer Aniston’s home security tapes have been leaked online by an unknown source.

The footage then cuts to black and white video surveillance of Jennifer Aniston, climbing inside of a new car and addressing the saleswoman by the wrong name, calling her Demi instead of Mimi.

She then reverses and crashes the vehicle, before coming back inside the house, shrugging off the incident, and announcing: “I forgot my smartwater.”

Jennifer Aniston heads to the kitchen, where she is seen with her back to the camera removing a Velcro band from her waist, which has been squashing her stomach to disguise the enormous baby bump.

As she turns around for the big reveal, she shows off the faux tummy, stroking it as she says: “How are my little triplets doing? You must be so thirsty” – then drinking the product she is promoting.

A home-help voice then comes through the intercom telling Jennifer Aniston her trainers are ready for a workout, before we see four burly men lifting her up and down, without her having to break a sweat.

Jennifer Aniston then heads outside to the pool, where two men are filling it with bottles of smartwater.

Cue her twentysomething son, played by Jimmy Kimmel, wearing a snorkel mask and armbands as he wanders into the outdoor area and asks his mother for a swim.

When she declines, he cries: “You always make me hide, I think you’re ashamed someone will see me,” before she tries to usher him into house alongside his brother, a small person in an alien suit.

At the end of her day, Jennifer Aniston, 43, is seen standing in front of a mirror, saying: “Good night Rachel.”

She is alluding to the famous hairdo that became just as famous as the character itself in the Nineties sitcom, as she yanks off a wig to reveal frizzy unkempt locks.

The product tagline then flashes up: “Even more refreshing than the truth.”

While Jennifer Aniston is yet to have any children in real life, a family could soon be on the cards after she accepted a proposal from Mulholland Drive actor Justin Theroux on his 41st birthday last month.

Jessica Simpson has put her extremely blooming figure down to the fact that she has a lot of amniotic fluid.

Jessica Simpson, 31, denied on several occasions that she is having twins because of her ever-increasing size.

The singer told Jimmy Kimmel last night that she had been told by doctors that the excess fluid was to blame for her larger than average baby bump.

Last week Jessica Simpson told chat show host Ellen DeGeneres that she still has a month to go, being due to give birth on April 20th.

Jessica Simpson joked: “I feel I have a bowling ball sitting on my hoo haa!”

The singer then added candidly: “Apparently I have a lot of amniotic fluid, so whenever my water breaks it will be like a fire hydrant!”

Jessica Simpson also spoke about how she and fiancé Eric Johnson met, and when they are planning to tie the knot.

She said: “Eric feels like my husband already, we are just doing it a little bit backwards. We met at my house – he just came with one of my friends to my house, we were watching March madness or something.

“He came over and we sat on my stairwell and talked and I just haven’t let him leave!”

Jessica Simpson’s interview came as she was promoting her new TV show Fashion Star, and just a day after her baby shower.

Talking about the baby shower, which was attended by her sister Ashlee Simpson and famous friends including Ellen Pompeo and Jessica Alba, Jessica said: “I just had a baby shower yesterday which was unbelievable.

“It was a Charlotte’s web thing – we had a whole fair. We had fried Oreos.”

Asked by Jimmy Kimmel if she was nervous about giving birth, Jessica Simpson said: “No, I’m ready to push!”

The first Christmas present challenge – “I Gave My Kids a Terrible Present” – in which the comedian appealed to parents to post videos of their children opening one terrible Christmas present early, aired three weeks ago.

But even after the show aired with the clips, parents continued to post more videos on YouTube of their tortured children opening unwanted presents.

Before debuting the compilation, Jimmy Kimmel said: “Hundreds more videos were posted online, so once again we went through them and picked the best of the worst kids.”

From pickles to Barbie dolls, the reactions varied. Some children cried and some screamed, but other pranks backfired when the children actually liked their gifts.

“Pickles! Yuck! Put that away from me. I don’t want no pickles,” said one extremely disappointed girl when she discovered a glass jar.

Another girl, who opened up a stick of deodorant, was confused at first, but then proceeded to roll some on with a smile on her face.

Footage shows a girl, kicking and screaming, chanted: “No broccoli, no broccoli, no broccoli.”

Another girl, a die-hard Chicago Bears fan, throws her gift across the room and sobs to her mother after opening a Green Bay Packers jersey, then tells her father: “IT SUCKS.”

Two boys who got Barbie dolls as gifts had different, but negative reactions. One cried and told his mom: “You broke my heart,” while the other screamed in agony.

But stealing the show were two brothers with completely opposite reactions.

Both clad in Angry Birds pajamas, the boys open their gifts at the same time. The older brother, who wanted a Nintendo 3DS for Christmas instead got a chain with “3DS” on it.

The boy then cries, saying that his brother, who got a potato, received the best gift while he got the worst.

The latest video prank has more than 65,000 hits on YouTube in just two days. First part has collected more than 15 million views on the video-sharing site.

Jimmy Kimmel, 43, called on viewers to give their children the bad news, record the results, and post the results online.

Although there were some cracking strops, one more mature boy told his parent: “Good for you, daddy’s probably going to have a belly ache.

“That’s why you shouldn’t eat so much candy.”

And another little girl bursts into tears and shouts: “Dad, you’re ugly!”

But Jimmy Kimmel told The Sun he didn’t realize the joke would lead to so many tears.

Jimmy Kimmel said: “I kind of thought kids would be mad – but almost all of them cried.”
