It’s the same technology as the famous M&S firm control shapewear – the inner slip is darted at the waist to cinch and shape, while smoothing out lumps and bumps.

Available in sizes 8-22, the £59 ($93) designs are simple day-to-eveningwear M&S says will look great now and last well into autumn 2013.

According to M&S: “Targeted reinforcement gives the wearer a more supported and streamlined silhouette thus giving the illusion of a slimmer shape in seconds.”

But M&S isn’t the only brand making the most of new bodyshaping technology.

Body Frock also design dresses engineered to enhance a women’s finest features.

Complete with special control lining, the dresses are designed be a simple solution to looking slim and feeling smooth and Holly Willoughby, Kym Lomax and Kimberley Walsh are all fans of the slimming style.

“The inside lining should fit slim and taught like a corset,” claims the brand.

Designed by Melanie Davis, one of the UK’s leading designers of young fashion and the founder of Pamplemousse back in the late 80′s and 90’s, the brand pride themselves on 28 years of experience designing dresses to make women feel great.

In April this year, the “S” dress (the letter stands for “shape”) was unveiled by fashion label Mooi and claimed to help its wearer drop a dress size, while being made of machine-washable, crease-resistant material.

Each of the garments are made with 28% elastane, which creates a slimming effect and the garment is designed to appear a size smaller.

Her hair was also pinned up during the make-up process as she underwent a full beauty transformation.

Not content with being pampered by her beauty team, cheeky Kelly Brook also managed to get a foot rub after revealing her Louboutin’s had been pinching.

“My Loubis hurt my feet…” Kelly Brook said in an earlier Keek before receiving the soothing treatment.

Onesie is the item predicted by supermarkets and high street stores alike to be the number one Christmas gift for 2012.

Celebrities were early adopters of the trend, with the likes of Rihanna, Robbie Williams, Tulisa, One Direction and Tom Daley all stepping out in their own versions of the adult romper suits.

Holly Willoughby appeared on This Morning wearing one, Keith Lemon stepped out in Asda’s Incredible Hulk onesie and Amy Childs vajazzled a £60 ($90) velour all-in-one, 2,000 of which sold out on her website in two days.

And now, as Christmas approaches, it is clear that the people of Britain have embraced the all-in-one too.

Evidently millions have already bought one for themselves. George at Asda, who are predicting that onesies will be the number one Christmas gift this year – say that sales of onesies have soared by a staggering 606% on year, and the word “onesie” now the most searched-for term on their website.

Marks & Spencer and Debenhams have reported staggering sales results too, with M&S saying last month they would be producing an additional 10 styles of the onesie in time for Christmas, and Debenhams reporting a 155% rise in sales in October than the previous month.

A spokesman said at the time they’d sold 2,075 units in just one week – and that was just the tip of the iceberg.

With Christmas now fast approaching, many more are expected to jump on the onesie bandwagon.

A poll on the George at Asda Facebook page revealed that 42% of customers are planning to buy a onesie as a gift this year, and a third admitting the ultra-forgiving onesie will be their outfit for Christmas day.

As a result, Asda say they have stockpiled one million onesies to meet demand, and have launched an online Onesie Shop for customers. There, shoppers can buy Sponge Bob Square pants onesies, onesies in tiger print and dalmation, a Fair Isle onesie inspired by the Burberry catwalk show – and thatIncredible Hulk onesie as worn by Keith Lemon, which sales analysts at the store predict will sell out in 24 hours (no fighting in the aisles over the last one now please).

Fiona Lambert, George Brand Director said she predicted sales of onesies will go on soaring right up until the big day.

“Onesies are the must-have item for Christmas 2012,” she said.

“Each week at George we see sales soar higher than the week before which we are attributing to celebrity influence.

“Due to such high customer demand we have ordered in thousands of extra onesies and launched our dedicated online <<Onesie Stop Shop>> to ensure our shoppers don’t miss out on the perfect outfit for a cozy Christmas morning, day and night for the whole family.”

Holly Willoughby was left disgusted during a segment on This Morning show yesterday after she and her co-host Phillip Schofield were tasked with guessing what a number of obscure items were.

It was revealed that an object Holly Willoughby put in her mouth was in fact a travel bidet.

When Holly Willoughby, 31, was handed the strange device, she made a number of guesses after examining it.

She thought it could be a flask and put it into her mouth but was left aghast when it was revealed to be an intimate personal hygiene system.

Holly Willoughby at first thought bidet actually meant toilet which caused her horror, much to the amusement of her co-star Phillip Schofield.

It was an unfortunate incident upon Holly Willoughby’s return to the show after she was forced to take yesterday off because she was believed to have contracted food poisoning after treating her dad to a fancy birthday lunch on Wednesday.

The blonde’s co-host, wrote on Twitter: “No @hollywills today, she may be suffering from food poisoning! Which is a worry cos I recommended the restaurant!!! @k8_thornton is here (sic).”

Stand-in presenter Kate Thornton sent Holly a get well tweet, saying: “Get better @hollywills – hope you’re ok. Take yourself to bed with Christian Grey x (sic).”

Holly Willoughby – who has presented This Morning since 2009 – showed no signs of illness on Wednesday when she shared a picture of her dad at his fancy birthday feast.

She added in a caption: “Pappa Willoughby and I at his birthday lunch, champs, steak, red wine, pud! Perfect! X (sic).”

Holly Willoughby later tweeted: “So after today’s excitement I’m now tucked up in bed… Night x (sic).”

The popular presenter – who has three-year-old son Harry and 15-month-old daughter Belle with husband Dan Baldwin – spent yesterday recovering at home.

Holly Willoughby’ secret to her glowing complexion is a special lotion made out of an exotic fruit.

Holly Willoughby uses Lucas’ Papaw ointment ($7.5 for 25g), an Australian product which contains papaya and is great for cleansing and soothing.

She posted a picture of herself without any make-up last week showing a perfect, dewy skin.

Holly Willoughby says: “It’s my budget buy and is a great all-rounder. The tip was passed on to me by my make-up artist.”

Before taking the picture, Holly Willoughby will have removed her make-up with Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser.

“I’ve used it for years and love it,” she says.

“I tend to use a lot of Liz Earle products because they really suit my skin.

“As a busy mum, my beauty routine is quite simple, as I don’t have a huge amount of time, so I use products that are quick and easy. I don’t tend to use different products for night and day either.”

Other favorites are Boots No 7 Quick Thinking 4-in-1 Make-Up Remover Wipes, Dermalogica Active Moist Moisturizer, and SK-II face masks.

Holly Willoughby, 31, also reveals her love of beauty gadgets – she is a fan of the Clarisonic cleansing brush, which she uses in the shower once a week. But the key to looking so good “naked” is, according to her, having great eye-lashes and white teeth.

She gets her lashes tinted, recommends Oral-B 3D White toothpaste and uses an electric toothbrush – hers is the Oral-B Trizone 5000 with SmartGuide. Indeed, she’s so obsessed with flossing her teeth that she even carries floss around with her in her handbag, so she’s never caught out.

What Holly Willoughby neglects to mention is that having the confidence to leave the house without any make-up on also requires exceptional natural beauty.
