Rumors abound that the couple will jet from Italy to Scotland to celebrate Hogmanay with Gerard Butler’s family on Monday, and it looked like they were already in the party spirit as they celebrated the fifth day of the film festival.

Although Gerard Butler has become known as a lothario since breaking into Hollywood, after being linked to a number of high-profile women, it seems that he has settled down with Madalina Ghenea as the pair have become inseparable.

Romanian supermodel Madalina Ghenea looked understated but chic as she accompanied her man who was promoting his forthcoming film, Olympus Has Fallen.

She wore a modest, knee-length black dress, paired with thick black tights and a relatively conservative pair of dark stilettos.

Maintaining her demure and slightly retro look, the 24-year-old added a stylish navy blue coat over her outfit and wore a small black handbag on one arm.

Madalina Ghenea kept her make-up natural and wore her dip-dyed hair tousled and relaxed over her shoulders as she draped herself around her boyfriend.

Clearly enamored with Gerard Butler, Madalina Ghenea grinned as they wandered along the road together, keeping her eyes on him as much as possible.

The 48-year-old Scot looked just as stylish as his young girlfriend, keeping it simple in a pair of dark trousers, a grey T-shirt and a black tailored jacket.

After posing on the red carpet, the pair headed into the party, where Gerard Butler got up on stage to present the director of his new film, Antoine Fuqua, with an award.
