But the TV presenter almost caused a stir after stepping out of the car with her cleavage in full show.

Luckily, Elisabetta Canalis managed to compose herself and seemed relaxed during her evening stroll.

She even managed to find some time for shopping, and was spotted with a shopping bag carrying a no doubt pricey purchase.

After Elisabetta Canalis took off her jacket, she almost suffered a second wardrobe malfunction.

Cheekily blowing a kiss to photographers, the tight backless dress seemed to offer no support as her bosom threatened to spill out once more.

However, George Clooney’s ex once again composed herself and continued cutting a stylish figure during her walk.

Elisabetta Canalis split from George Clooney in 2011, and also ended her relationship to Jackass star Steve O earlier this year.

In a recent interview with Italian Max magazine, Elisabetta Canalis said of her time with Steve O: “I thought he was crazy, but he’s much more sensible to me.”

She told Max magazine she is now based in California to further her acting career.

Elisabetta Canalis added: “I live in LA because I want to make it as an actress in America. I am based there, but if they call me in Italy, I take a plane and come.”
