Kim Kardashian donned a daring, and rather revealing, monochrome dress to attend a magazine launch party in New York.

Kim Kardashian, 31, had squeezed her ample chest into the plunging backless dress, which boasted cut out detail around the straps and sides.

The reality star had her raven locks pulled back into a pony tail to further highlight the unusual and striking detail of her outfit.

The white skirt of the dress cupped her famous derriere and she finished off the look with a pair of strappy black heels.

Kim Kardashian stepped out without her boyfriend Kanye West and attended the bash with her best friend Jonathan Cheban instead.

The duo joined the hosts of the bash Jason Binn, Christy Turlington Burns and Bruce Weber at Capitale in New York.

Kim Kardashian and Jonathan Cheban were seen mingling with other guests including Russell Simmons, Alexis Welch, Amar’e Stoudemire and Daisy Fuentes at the glitzy bash.

As ever Kim Kardashian was more than happy to keep her fans updated on her movements at the bash and tweeted a series of snaps.

Yesterday Kim Kardashian revealed that she believes her rapper boyfriend Kanye West is her “perfect match” and she admitted she wants children.

Speaking on The View she said: “In a perfect world you know when you find someone that you really think is your perfect match.”

Kim Kardashian was instantly asked: “Is he?” to which she replied: “I think so.”

“I definitely think anything I’d be in now is a permanent relationship,” the reality star said.

Kim Kardashian even alluded to the two starting a family: “Kids is definitely something I want. I think I wanted that before.”
