Courtney Stodden has released a strange new YouTube video where she behaves like a cat.

Courtney Stodden, 17, films a rather odd homage to Hello Kitty – crawling around on all fours, purring, eating from a bowl and even coughing up a fur ball.

The teenage bride failed to pick a traditional cat costume, instead dressing in typically outlandish attire, including a white boob tube, hot pink tutu and a pair of stripper Perspex platforms.

In the attention-seeking video, the footage opens with Courtney Stodden lying on the bed.

Then in a nod to famous Japanese brand Hello Kitty, she introduces herself, saying: “Miaow. I’m Hello Courtney.”

She then jumps off the bed and crawls on all fours before eating and drinking from bowls on the floor and licking her “paws” clean afterwards.

The camera then pans to her having a nap in a wall alcove, where she grimly pretends to cough up a fur ball.

The action then heads outside to see Courtney Stodden basking in the sunshine on a wall, before heading back inside and heading for the litter tray.

Thankfully there isn’t anything quite as crude as actually using it, but it is implied as Courtney Stodden leaves and “covers up” her mess by using her stripper shoes to flick up the litter soil.

She then temporarily forgets she is meant to be a household pet, as she engages in some obligatory bouncing on the bed, before heading outside again for more random (and slightly disturbing) purring.

Courtney Stodden is then seen scratching at the door before being told off in a disciplinary tone, which encourages her to comfort eat out a bag of cat food as if it was a packet of Doritos.

Whatever people think of this eccentric wannabe, she certainly has creative ways to get people talking.

And for the skeptics who said it wouldn’t last, Courtney Stodden just celebrated her first wedding anniversary to 51-year-old husband Doug Hutchison.
